Purpose and Function
This innovative stainless steel Peel Remover is used for peeling and brushing potatoes and tubers after steam peeling. This industrial machine and brush technique were developed in-house and patented by Tummers Food Processing Solutions. The Zic Zac brush technique ensures that skin loss (e.g. potato peels) is limited to an absolute minimum.
